Call for Applications
The call for applications (including all relevant annexes) for admission to the 42nd cycle of PhD courses was issued under DR/2026/2419 on 22/06/2026. It can be accessed on the dedicated page of the University portal (https://www.unina.it/en/didattica/post-laurea/dottorati/42esimo-ciclo)
- Online Application Opening: The online procedure for submitting applications will be active starting from June 24, 2026, and will be accessible at https://pica.cineca.it
- Application Deadline: July 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Italian Time).
Available positions for the PhD in Earth, Environmental, and Resource Sciences:
- Scholarships (provided by the University): 7
- Positions without scholarship (provided by the University): 2
- Selection Process: Evaluation of qualifications, research project proposal, and an oral examination.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each candidate must prepare a research project that develops one of the project ideas listed below. The research project must be drafted using the official template, which can be downloaded at the following link: [Template per proposta progettuale_IT_EN.docx]
The project proposal must be uploaded to the website along with the other documents during the application process.
