Subsurface Geology: what is it about?

Subsurface Geology is the study of the subsurface geological structure using exploration methodologies.

It is a scientific discipline that is concerned with all subsurface geological aspects linked to the energy transition including storage (CO2 and hydrogen) but also exploration of gas. Through a practical project using 3D subsurface data, the  course will be training at manipulate, interpret geophysical and well log data in the subsurface with the aim of characterizing the reservoir properties and propose prospect and storage analysis of subsurface area.
